Parce offers a Colombian rum of the highest quality that gets straight to the point.
PARCE WAS FOUNDED BY THREE BROTHERS AND THEIR FRIEND WHO WERE QUITE TAKEN WITH COLOMBIA.
Inspired by its beauty and the warmth and hospitality of its people, they wanted to share the time-honored tradition of celebrating quality rum with others. The brothers found the perfect master blenders in a father-and-son duo from Bogotá.
ARTHUR AND BROJEN FERNANDES DOMECQ HAVE A COMBINED HISTORY OF MORE THAN 50 YEARS WORKING WITH FINE RUM.
The Domecq family boasts nearly three centuries of crafting traditional wine, sherry and brandy in the south of Spain. Brojen’s grandfather, Jose Ignacio Domecq, was known in the industry as “La Nariz” (the nose) for his expertise in sniffing and blending. La Nariz’s legacy lives on in Colombia with Brojen and Arthur’s innate understanding of rum derived from pure ingredients, then carefully aged.
Each batch is carefully blended so that every bottle remains true to each line’s vision and flavor profile. When necessary, we’ll add small amounts of caramel and sugar sourced only from sugar cane itself— not unlike cognac.
Given the complexity of finding the perfect balance between light and heavy rums to create our signature 8-Year and 12-Year rums, additions are batch-dependent, and only added at a level to maintain quality consistency between each and every batch we craft.
After rigorous and detailed quality control, Arthur & Brojen test and approve all batches before the final stage of the blending process.
Parce 8-year has an oaky yet balanced taste, with notes of cherry and candied fruit. It is smooth and spicy on the palate with a long, dry finish and balanced by touches of tobacco and cocoa powder. This award-winning rum is highly recommended on the rocks, neat or in premium cocktails.
Parce Brothers Blend is aged like all Parce rums, in used whiskey barrels of charred American Oak. Our Master Blenders crafted a blend of rums aged between three to six years and they then hydrated with pure Colo, bian spring water to 40% ABV.
Parce 12-year rum is the award-winning, crown jewel of the Parce collection and the ultimate whiskey drinker's rum. Aged in bourbon oak barrels to absolute perfection, this rum is sweet and spicy on the palate with a complex finish and notes of crème brulée, toffee, dried fruits, and pipe tobacco. This award-winning rum is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, as there is truly no better 12-year-old rum in the world.

Every drop of rum in our bottle of 8-year has been aged for eight years, and every drop in our 12-year has been aged for a dozen years. We use all natural flavors and don’t add any ingredients that can’t be derived from pure sugar cane. Regardless of industry loopholes that other spirits use to market their product, Parce stands by the value in creating a rum that is ultra-premium in every sense of the word.
Colombia is the happiest country on earth. According to a 2013 poll by WIN/-Gallup International Association, Colombians are almost twice as happy as the world average. We think it’s the rum. As the country’s premier rum, Parce shares the optimistic and friendly values of Colombia and aims to share those with the rest of the world.
